Hey Dakka,

So a couple weeks ago I picked up the Dreamforge Leviathan. When I was deciding if I wanted to pick it up I searched for some scale shots to actually see how big it is but there wasn't a whole lot out there and a few friends asked me to post some as well so here we are...

I hope the shots of the Leviathan and my army help those who are interested in buying one (I recommend it! ).

NOTE - Everything is still a WIP

Leviathans fit better among 40k stuff than official titans do imo. They just look much more fitting. Nice looking army so far!

To be honest it does look like a 40k titan with a heavy emphasis on warmachine structures.

The overall shape is very like a small terminator. Head very low compared to shoulders. They fit in very well.

And its a gorgeous kit in and of itself.

There is a word for a wargamer with an empty paint bench.

Dead.

I would have to agree that it fits perfectly with 40k. For me it was just a really big space marine variant. If I played GK it would fit even better since they practically look like the GK termies.

It was surprisingly easy to put together as long as you take your time, and pretty fun to play with...

I have no idea why people think it fits the 40k aesthetic - as things get bigger in 40k they get more and more gothic.

This has literally zero gothic features at all. It's too sleek - and not bulky enough. It does look like an upscaled Grey Knight Terminator - but that's not inkeeping with the current way the 40k universe is portrayed.

I mean, it's a fine model I'm sure - it just isn't 40k at all.

I am currently taking commissions.

... exactly. It matches the smaller scale stuff that we play with.
