What is your favourite model and why do you like and what is your least favourite model and why don't you like it?

Favourite: Grey Knight Dreadknight

Finally a Space Marine walker that doesn't look like a washing machine on little stumps (and could, conceivably, even actually walk as far as it's centre of balance is high enough that it might, in theory, actually be able to lift one of its two legs off the ground).

Least Favourite: Dark Eldar Wracks and Grotesques.

Love the "Frankenstein-Eldar" as an army idea. Abysmal execution though.
