Hey,
I haven´t played a game with him yet where I had a situation where I was glad to have his feat, so i guess I don´t know how to use it properly. If I compare it to pSorschas feat it has a weak feeling to me. Is it a good feat at all?.
Can you make up a situation where it´s good? Right now I would just use it as a opener to push my army up front in the first round...

you gain sidestep and sprint with it. if you're not using it to kill the other guys army, you're doing it wrong.

It works for cavalry, and jacks with mutiple attacks - if you ask me, he's best off with character jacks like Beast,Drago or Big B. Use his to bash your way through a screening line of infantry, generally with the aim of getting at the caster as part of an assassination run. hit something. sidestep into something else. hit that. sidestep into something else. hit that. repeat. and at the end you can sprint away from retaliation, and if you're smart, set up a second alphastrike.

great fun with fenris too - charge. inflict impact attacks. charge attack (+2 to hit) kill something. berzerk with fellblade 1 until everything is dead/you miss, sidestep 2", kill something else with fellblade 2, berzerk and at the end, sidestep/sprint either forward into something else, or elsewhere to avoid retaliation. think about it. with fenris, and with dash up, thats 11" of get of of jail movement after he's shredded a whole squads worth of infantry.

The feat is situational, but extremely useful. Vlad3 is a pretty solid caster.

The basic idea is to Charge, Sidestep backwards, then Sprint home

This means you will be 1" away from where you started, and hitting the enemy hard with a charge attack

6+ = 6/36 | Reroll 1s = 7/36 | Reroll Misses = 11/36 ||||||| 5+ = 12/36 | Reroll 1s 14/36 | Reroll Misses = 20/36 ||||||| 4+ = 18/36 | Reroll 1s 21/36 | Reroll Misses = 27/36
3+ = 24/36 | Reroll 1s 28/36 | Reroll Misses = 32/36 ||||||| 2+ = 30/36 | Reroll 1s 35/36 ||||||| Highest of 2d6 = 4.47

ok, thx that helped!
Now I am in need of a decent all-around unit to have a tarpit or screen of my own but i can´t decide between IFU, IFP and WGI, they all have a good reputation but what do you guys feel to be the best basic troops unit to add to a Khador force?
