Ok I did a little bit of looking around on lexicanum and I came across something called a Castigator titan. I have some questions as could be expected.
1. I heard it was a bit bigger than a imperator titan, is that true?
2. Is there any fanmade datasheets for this piece of glorious Dark Age tech?
3. Aparrently it's sapient to some extent and it can communicate?
4. It fires demons? When was the book mentioning it written?
That about covers it. I appreciate any answers I get.

Finally found my quote from a gym buddy born and raised in South Korea:
"It is the soldier, not the reporter who has given us the freedom of the press.
"It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us the freedom of speech.
"It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who gives us the freedom to demonstrate.
"It is the soldier who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag." |

The lexicanum entry is all she wrote, and is an accurate summary of it. It appears in Dark Mechanicus, a Grey Knights novel, and that's the only place it appears in the 40k fluff or universe.
Edit:
If you're really curious, you're going to have to read the novel to get more on it, and it only appears near the end of it.

It was designed around the concept of using warp engines, which basically suck power out of the warp to power the weapon systems and the regenerative nano-carapace.
The emporer later decided it was a bit too dangerous tech to be used and hid the only completed one on the tech-world were the Dark Mechanicus books take place.
Statistically, it has less total weapon systems than an Emperator titan due to it not having the cathedral carapace weapons, but its sustained fire rate and destructiveness of its 3 main weapon systems are higher.
It also has, as mentioned earlier, a regenerative armor layer, of similar composition to the material in Honsou's silver arm. Probably made of energy resistant materials and nano-tech.
It also house's an AI as its controller and is completely autonomous of human control. The AI in Dark Mechanicus gets possessed by a demon through some ritual if i remember correctly.

Actually, the AI comes to the conclusion that 'Deamonic' is the best fitting description for what he is, and thus becomes a deamon. Just like that.
Yeah.

the Castigator was the Titan STC, which all titans are based on. It was a combination of all of the dark age knowledge that went in to making them.
It had however been possessed by a daemon. And that daemon had been there so long it forgot what it was(being stuck in the physical world will do that to you), until Alaric reminded it of what it was. And so was able to kill it.
Then Abaddon nuked the planet when he found out the titan STC was destroyed and everybody escaped.
