The list itself is okay, it'll be heavily dependent on who you get as an opponent. However, the Wraithknight may not take the Wraithforge Stone. Despite being the Warlord, it does not grant him access to the Gifts of Asuryan (Iyanden Remnants?) table.
The main problem with your list is that it lacks much long-range firepower. The only thing you really have is the Nightspinner, and it's certainly by no means a "game winning" unit.
At 1000pts, I'd try this:
1. Spiritseer - 70pts.
2. Spiritseer - 70pts.
3. Wraithguard Squad - 160pts.
w/ 5 x Members, Wraithcannons.
- Wave Serpent - 145pts.
w/
TL - Scatter Lasers, Shuriken Cannon, Holofields.
4. Wraithguard Squad - 160pts.
w/ 5 x Members, Wraithcannons.
- Wave Serpent - 145pts.
w/
TL - Scatter Lasers, Shuriken Cannon, Holofields.
5. Wraithknight - 240pts.
w/ 2 x Heavy Wraithcannons.
This comes to 990pts.
You have mobility in the form of the Wave Serpents which also grant you a great deal of high-S firepower to thin down hordes or wreck most light to medium vehicles.
You have very tough scoring units with psyker support, who pack a punch at close range.
And you have big nasty flying about the place shooting vehicles and
MCs to heck.
It also sticks to the Iyanden fluff to boot!
Hope this helps,
Iranna.
