I'm planning on using list below. I lack some experience but I think I'll have some fun with it.
Archon: Huskblade Shadowfield drugs haywire 137points
Haemonculus: Venom Blade. Goes with Archon. 55 points
Haemoncylus with hexrifle. objective holsing with wracks. 65 points
3 incubies. Rides in venom. 66 points.
Wracks x3 with hexrifle achotyst. 55
x9 Kabalities in raider. 81 points
x9 Kabalities in raider. 81
Voidraven bomber with flieckerfield. 155
Ravager with triple DL nightshield and flieckerfield 125
Venom with two splintercannon 65points
Raider 60 points
Raider 60 points
Total 1005 points.
I think that i could drop incubi with Haemonculus to get blasterborn in venom and that I couls drop something and upgrade raiders?

Incubi or blasterborn is really a preference choice, but I would suggest Incubi simply because they are more fun. I'm thinking that the 3rd isn't helping much. He is giving furious charge to an objective camping unit, there is no point in that really. You are really lacking anti tank, but an easy option is getting a 3 man trueborn with 2 dark lances to hide and shoot lances. This unit costs 86 points I think, so by dropping Haemonculas you should be half way there. Oh, and just know hex rifle is rubbish, might be fun, but don't expect much. The Archon is a really upgraded for this point level, not a bad thing, but be aware. Instead of blaster stuff take a haywire grenade for 2 almost guaranteed glances.

Following advice, I cut down points there and there to add ravager. Also i know that camping wracks with 2 pain tokens aren't best but as i said I want to have some fun with dual hexrifle squad.

Then drop wrack unit down to 3, and buy another unit of 3 wracks also with a hex rifle. Its cheaper and has another scoring unit. Paying that much for a single extra shot is pointless.

Most of the list looks good. I like this build for an Archon, especially taking Haywires and combat drugs. This makes him way more versatile. Also, the 2 squads of warriors is a good choice. I'd probably take them up to 10 man units, to open up the Splinter Cannon option, if you want them for Anti Infantry or bring them down to 5 man units, if you just want them so that you can take a Raider. I also love the Voidraven and Ravager picks. Solid performers, good use of points.
One thing that does stand out is your use of the Wracks. The problem with having Wracks and a Haemy sitting in the backfield with 2 Hexrifles is that you are wasting what they are absolutely tooled up to do, which is to act as shock troops. Having 4 models and FNP and Furious Charge and never charging them an anybody is a waste of that advantage. Wracks and Haemies are some of the only T4 units in the DE list, but with their deplorable 6+ save, you dont want them taking any long distance fire, which is what they are prone to, if you have them camping. T4, I5 and FNP lets them shake go toe to toe pretty well with MEQs or even lets them bog down heavy weapon squads, buying you more turns with your ravager. In all, I like Wracks with Haemies, but I'd go with Liquifier guns instead and put them in a Venom to get them across the board into CC.
Or you could drop them and the second Haemy to get Blasterborns in a Venom. One of my favorite unit choices, hands down, if you're ok with only having 2 scoring units.

How much do the haywire names on your HQ cost? Can you go 5pts over when taking what I imagine is a 5-15pt upgrade?

.Haywire granades cost 2 pts. I know that wracks won't be stars in match with this list but as i said i do it for fun so i don't mind if they fail terribly. Well the second haemy is quite crucial because starting with pain token is pretty cool.

I hear you, and I love the hexrifle dearly. I think it's one of the coolest, most underrated weapons in the DE armory, but when it comes down to it, it doesn't pull its weight on the table top. Also, about the second Haemy, what is the point of starting with a second pain token, which gives your whole unit Furious Charge, if you're not going to be assaulting?

Well i could drop sniper squad and get splinter racks, splinter cannons in 10 man kabbies squad, liqufier for archon haemmy and still have 47 points. Maybe some better weapon for haemmy or maybe a sybarites for LD boost? Klaviex? Which weapon would you recommend for Haemmy? Maybe something like scissor hands?

I think your best option is to go for scissor hands if you want your haven't to be more relevant in CC, venom blades if you are hurting for points. Any extra points should go to adding incubi. A sybarite is really only good for the increased Ld, which is really very seldomly used. You'll either get cut through like paper from your crappy save or you won't need to check for Ld, unless you misplay the squad. Use them in the boat to unload a rain of fire or out of it, in cover to do the same. Or going for objectives, but never in cc.
Alternately, you could beef up the wrack squad to 5 or 6 strong. They're a good mulch unit that can take some good licks in combat, especially with FNP, and even more with Furious charge giving them rerolls on a lot of their poison attacks.
