So after many months of being a lazy sod I finally decided to scratch build a warhound Titan. I'm about half way through the card mock-up and it's going very well, no mistakes amazingly enough. I'm stumped at to what materials I will use for the real one. Probably plasticard, anyone got any ideas?

Cintra is a little thicker, 3mm, and just as light. It is easy to work with and I can get it around here for about $1.50 a square foot. It may be more where you are at though.

Plasticard is probably your best bet. Check out the the youtube channel in my signature for some work in progress videos of scratch building a Warhound Titan
