You could do this at any GT even without the permission or help of the staff. Just write down the names of 3 man teams who are playing in the GT. Average there scores or add them together. Then post up rankings of these teams performance. Give you a reason to squeeze out every point and discourage collusion. People could bet on it in a friendly fashion at the least. Drinks or lap dances ha. Any GT should be able and happy to do it though, couldn't take much effort.

Just keep in mind that if you're giving any meaningful team prizes (and if not, you're not doing very much to get people to change their behavior) you're adding opportunities for collusion if any team members play each other. If two members of a team play a game they now have incentive to adjust the end result so that it gives the team the maximum possible total points.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.
