Just keep in mind that if you're giving any meaningful team prizes (and if not, you're not doing very much to get people to change their behavior) you're
adding opportunities for collusion if any team members play each other. If two members of a team play a game they now have incentive to adjust the end result so that it gives the team the maximum possible total points.
