If I run a brood of three zoenthropes who all role for a variety of telepathy or biomancy powers, can the maledictions they get target different units? Can he enfeeble one unit, puppet master another and use hallucinations on another? Or does the entire brood role for the same powers and can only target one unity together?

Yes, they are not shooting attacks so are not required to target one unit, they can bless and maledict any unit in range and LOS

Also, each Zoanthrope rolls for their powers individually, and are not required to take the same disciplines (It's entirely possible for you to have 1 Zoanthrope with Codex powers, 1 with Biomancy and Telepathy and another with just Telekinesis for example)

That is so bonkers. It makes them a heck of a support unit and worth trading in their warp lances in many cases
