Hey guys i have been checking out the codexs on apple store and I must say I am very impressed with the interactivity integrated in them

No longer do you have to grab ur rulebook to find 1 rule to understand a unit and their capabilities, there's 3d revolutions, its all there on an interactive page.

but as with everything on this damn hobby, its waaaayy overpriced

$60 a codex, absolutely ridiculous... I can get a hard copy cheaper (even though they are too expensive too)

What are other people's thoughts on it? has anyone found a way to download/get these cheaper/free?

They are superior to both hard copies and pdfs alike, I am surprised there hasn't been much talk about them

Asking about piracy is highly frowned upon, which is what the "cheaper/free" thing is.

As noted by troa, piracy is not discussed on Dakka--closing.
