So I've gotten out of my Wraithlord phase with the prevalence of Kroot Snipers...but couldn't give up the S8 AP2 they were putting out...so I took my Falcons to mess with Paladins and Broadsides. It also gave me a way to fit that extra troop in. And before you say it...I have been completely underwhelmed with the Fire Prism 1 S9 shot is unreliable and S7 AP2 small blasts can easily miss and dont double out T4...so 9 times out of 10 I was doing the S5 AP3 large blast...which would be great if there were marines in my meta...but there aren't.

Ditch the Spirit Seer. If you don't have a "wraith" something, they are not great. Especially when you can parse down your Autarch just a smidge and get a Farseer (+1 Mastery level, plus other goodies v. a spirit seer).
I don't feel like Storm Guardians are great...especially in a serpent. If you are looking for ways to rush up and take an enemy objective, we have much, much better units. For instance, up your D.A. squad to 10, ditch the Storm Guardians (your Bladestorm wounds will do waaay more damage than a few templates) keep the D.A. in that now free serpent and tack on a squad of Rangers. Gives you an additional 6' range, better armor, and lets you avoid having to be up in the thick. (where we eldar don't really belong for very long).
I would also consider dropping another of the Defender squads, and making it another D.A. squad. (lose the last wave serpent to help pay the difference in cost, add a weapons platform and aegis and make your 3rd unit a home objective unit)
I like the shining spears the way you have them. I love the Swooping Hawks and the Crimson Hunter. These choices help you vs MC's, GEQ, and Fliers respectively.
I really like the Night Spinner, and from the sounds of it based on your Meta this could do some real damage!!
I don't like Falcons or Fire Prisms that much....but I'm a bit in the minority. I would say you might be more effective with War Walkers. You have 300 points in those heavy spots. Here are a few choices-
War Walkers x 2 (Scatter Laser + Starcannon) - 140
War Walkers x 2 (Scatter Laser + Starcannon) - 140
or
Wraith Knight (Sun Cannon, Shield, Scatter Laser) - 300
Lots of high strength shots, and the ability to re roll without a warlock or farseer power, letting you put your Psychic goodness somewhere else!!
Edit: (I can't sleep so I ran the numbers)
Here is what I had in mind!
Autarch- Banshee Mask, Jetbike, Lance, Mantle
Farseer- Spirit Stone
10 Dire Avengers
-Wave Serpent (Holo Fields and Scatter Lasers)
10 Dire Avengers
-Wave Serpent (Holo Fields and Scatter Lasers)
10 Guardian Defenders
-Shuriken Cannon + Aegis Defense Line
Crimson Hunter (Exarch)
Swooping Hawks (Exarch, Sunrifle)
Shining Spears (Exarch, Lance, Monster Hunter)
Night Spinner (Spirit Stones)
2x War Walker (Starcannon and Scatter Laser)
2x War Walker (Starcannon and Scatter Laser)
Total if I did my math right was 1806!

I personally don't think Spirit Stones on vehicles are worth their points. Same goes to the Exarch on the Hawks.

I don't like a Farseer and don't have anywhere to put him.
Dire Avengers do not suit my play style...they're just inefficient in my list overall. And "ignores cover" templates beat out DA shooting as my list only really struggles against horde.
I built an eldar army for two reasons: speed and durability.
Losing a serpent really isn't an option for me...right now I maintain a solid ability to remove most S7+ threats from the board in 2 turns...leaving the rest of my opponent's army ineffective against my AV12.
i really do hate how easy War Walkers die.
I really don't mean to nay-say so much...I just have very particular tastes in list building.
I only have the spiritseer so I can keep my warlord point safe most games.
Maybe it will help if I explain the strategy...its fairly simple.
I built this army around the assumption that I would get the second turn...getting the first turn only helps...but I was sick of losing games because of alpha strikes.
So...everything that is on the board turn one is super hearty...that first blood can win games. So the solitaire, 3 serpents, and falcons start on the board...the spears if they can hide well too.
Whether the fire and return with full volleys
Turn 2...unleash hell...autarch brings in all reserves on a 2+, the spinner comes on and blasts troops now that the falcons have opened something up...or killed whatever might kill it...hawks do the same thing...blinding low initiative unit where possible...and then battle focussing into cover...and the hunter taks out whatever flier/tank/2+ sv thing that needs to die. If the spears were in reserve they come out with twin linked bladestorm into infantry or lances into armor
Thus far i have only once lost a unit in my first turn.
I do add 10 rangers in 2000 pts Automatically Appended Next Post: Your list is solid...but I crave the survivability...Spirit Stones are great when you have tanks that really need to keep shooting...like the heavies

That information is good to know! And don't worry about 'nay saying' we are just here spit balling ideas. Eldar-bro's have to stick together!!
I thought, and I may just be inexperienced, but don't Dire Avengers and Guardians play the same? I have found, looking at Maths, that the DA's / Point are a little bit sturdier (better save) and have a larger threat range (extra 6").
I have just found that those Dire Avengers are going to wipe the board with pretty much anything. But if it's not your play style that's

The thing about DAs is I need the points to make them effective...and points are tight in this list...super tight...like It's difficult to take an upgrade off a unit without having to reconsider the whole unit.
Forming 2 full squads of DAs means that I lose some spears or a hull somewhere...and the list can't afford that.
The way this list plays, I am not getting my units out...save for the stormies until turn 5...and that's usually the way it goes. So investing points in the contents doesn't really suit me well. I'd rather have 10 5+ sv than 6 4+ sv
Maybe DAs are better than guardians...but guardians are necessary to make the rest of my list better.

I can see where the OP is coming from in this. I've recently reworked my Iyanden list and dropped 2 sqauds of Wraithguard in Waveserpents and added 3 squads of guardians in flying tanks.
I could have used DA's and it would have been cheaper (I can get a squad of 5 as opposed to 10) but I want the extra bodies, I'm currently running a 1650 list with 5 scoring units, 3 war walkers and a vyper and its working better than the all singing all dancing Wraith guard list!
and just for the record, not a fan of Falcons this edition at all, could be convinced about Fireprisms though

I've got 4 tournaments coming up in fairly quick succession, 2 at 1850, one at 1750 and another at 1650
Theres a small regional tournament in Feb that normally runs at 1500!

I have had experience with all of the points levels there except 1650...feels like someone was building a 1500 point list that they just didn't want to take stuff out of and so they just called it 1650.
This is where my list has finally landed.
The Prism wasn't cutting it for me.
