A bit too few on the orders. Some can make it work but you're gonna have a hard time. As a rule of thumb you should have at least 8 regular orders (do not count irregular, TO Camo and AD troops when counting) in a combat group.

I'll usually only be camo-ing the Autocannon as counter sniper duties. Should I take 2 more Line Kazaks instead of the Dozer?

Yes, unless you are doing a mission that requires an engineer, take the two line Kazak, now if you are using the male dozer model and like the look of it, just proxy it as one of the two line kazak as they have the same equipment and weapons.

Paramedic wants to toss his toybox away and grab a forward observer kit just for the Flash. Or if you want a second Doctor get a 112.

At my club we're pretty much all beginners and the FO rule confuses me to no end. And the I don't like the 112 model. As ood as he is at his job, I don't want a fireman in my army.

Try this for size, you get the I dropped the HMG and added a scout but you could switch out the autocannon for the HMG. Plus you get some more line Kazak for orders.
