So, I recently picked up WarmaHordes, and I decided on the Trollbloods faction, and have gotten together a pretty good, imo anyway, 15pt list with Borka Kegslayer as my HQ:
15pts
Borka Kegslayer +5
Dire Troll Mauler -9 points
Troll Axer -6 points
Trollkin Scouts (leader & 5 grunts) -5 points

But where do I go from here in expanding it to a tournament level list? What do you think would be the best choices for Borka in a tournament?

Max Fenblades + UA, stonebearer, fell callers, a bomber, an Earthborn dire troll, Janissa. These are all things you'll see in a variety of troll lists. They are all powerful and what I hate to see across the table from me.

With Borka as your Warlock, you might want to consider Greygore Boomhowler and Co and/or Champions for your infantry instead of Fennblades. They're in his tier list and he runs both types of units quite well, plus the Boomhowlers make a great tarpit.

Champions are a good second wave infantry unit, being dual wielding weapon masters.

Consider Rok instead of an EBDT (earthborn) with Borka. He hits harder consistantly and is not reliant on having a high POW opponent to hit hard. Plus, it's Borka's signature beast and gets a bonus for being in Borka's battlegroup. The EBDT benefits from being fielded in the same army as Mulg, Horthol, or Caber Tossers as he can 'borrow' their weapons if there's no high POW enemy nearby (like when facing off with a Retribution warjack or a Gargossal).
