Hi guys I currently own neither of the above but am considering investing in one soon for anti air and for somewhere to keep my chaos Havocs safe. I like the look of the fortress obviously more but does it offer more benefits than an ADL?

I'm slowly building an all out attack khorne themed army with khorne daemons as allies. Except for auto cannon havocs everything else is to be assaulting. Have considered not bothering at all with air defence but just literally added Havocs to my collection so it seems like next obvious step. My last game I slammed a bloodthirster forward and deepstriked 2x 10 bloodletters and 10 combi melta terminators with a lord with axe of blind fury to great effect.

Excellent response BTW thanks.

I was thinking of the big fortress of redemption more on looks than anything as the bastion really isn't something I'd consider at all.
