Subject: The Masque, The Eternal Dance and Slaanesh chariots
Can you use the Masque's Eternal Dance if she's riding in a seeker or exalted seeker chariot? (Obviously 'borrowed' from a herald)
I'm wondering if you are able to as it's a special rule, not a shooting attack.
If so, can it be used and then turbo-boost the chariot she's riding in? Again, since it's not a shooting attack.

If it is a special rule that requires LOS, then you cannot, as you can only draw LOS for shooting attacks.

In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

I will need to check the Codex later, but... can the Masque even ride in a Chariot? I thought the only options were the Alluress or standard Herald.
Or can she hop on one that doesn't have a Herald already thanks to transport capacity?

The Masque does not have it as an option to buy in her wargear
Even if you did buy a herald of slaanesh and buy a seeker chariot for her, then disembarked her (This is the only way to get an empty seeker chariot, as the rule stating the restrictions on disembarking only applies to the Exalted Alluress) to have an empty chariot, the transport capacity only states "1 (Exalted Alluress or Herald of Slaanesh only)"
And the masque is clearly not defined as a herald of slaanesh as she is not even defined as a "Herald" under the section "Heralds of Chaos" on page 94
So yeah, lots of rules lawyering later and it all comes out to she can't ride a chariot
