Is this a solid list for shopping & playing? I have none of the models yet.

Drop the GMCA he isn't worth his points when you have eCaine and ATGM + UA.

Dropping him gives you 2 points which I would use on Gorman Di Wulfe who loves playing with gun mages.

What about the Warjacks? I don´t know any of them really but by browsing through battlecollege I came to the conclusion that Caine wants to spent his focus on himself and Rowdy seems to be Cygnars Beast 09 and works ok on his own.

Ol' Rowdy is a monster and is the perfect jack for eCaine.

I would have said drop the adept for the squire. At those low points the extra shot on feat turn that the focus gives you is just amazing. I mean, its good at any points level, but with extra shots at this level the man can almost erase an army.

Squire is another good option

On top of that, you could look at dropping Rowdy down to a hunter, losing the GMCA, and taking a unit of rangers instead. They boost Caine for the caster kill, and work well with everything else in the army. Rowdy is good, and works well with everyone, but you gotta look into the future too. At higher points levels you will always want the rangers with Caine, and their is a lot of synergy with them in this list. It's almost worth not taking the Squire to have them. One more shot, or a 5 to hit against most 'casters with your other 9 shots? Your call...

Yes. Works well with EVERY 'caster in the faction. I wouldn't call him an auto-include like the Squire, but he does tend to find his way into every list I play.
