In the deathwing FAQ1.1 ,it is said that 'page99- any model can replace his SB & PF with LC or TH/SS. '

My question is that could the deathwing Sgt. replaced his SB & power sword with LC or TH/SS?
He has no SB & PF .....

Strict RAW, no he cannot as he does not possess what is needed to swap. In a tournament, most likely no, however it would be up to the TO. In a friendly game, I don't think most people would have a problem.
