Today I'm officially starting my new army, Dark Angels. But I'd also like to take allies with them. I'm not too familiar with ally rules other than what armies can ally with who.

Here is the big question.

If i decide to bring a Stormraven Gunship from the Grey Knights codex, along with an inquisitor and a squad of terminators, could i take a Deathwing command squad and shove it into the Stormraven as its troop transport.

If anyone can help me with this conundrum I would appreciate it.

No. You can never embark on allied transports.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

Not even "battle brothers" may embark in allied transports.

So no stowing a DW unit into a GK transport of any kind.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
