I think you mean 2 units of Daemonettes, rather than three of Seekers.

The problem you're going to have is gunlines in cover.
Your models are mostly T3, so they'll die in droves to any sort of concentrated firepower. Those of your units that finally do get into assault range will strike at I1 for the first round of combat, meaning you'll frequently lose enough models to lose combat, which will then make you lose MORE models.

If I were playing you, it'd be a toss-up between shooting the Seekers or the Hounds, but regardless I wouldn't be too worried since I'd just stay in cover and hopefully deny your two shooting attacks.

Daemons do well when they throw multiple threats into the enemy's face. 3 FMCs; an FMC and a Pink Death Star; an FMC and a Seeker Council; 20 Hounds with Karanak and a unit of Bloodletters with a Kherald.
Your "threats" aren't all that terrible, IMO.

Here's my 1000pts

Tzeentch Prince, Wings, Armour, PML3, 2 Greater, 1 Lesser
Tzerald PML3, Exalted
Tzerald PML3, Exalted
Tzerald PML3, Locus Conjuration

17 Horrors, Icon
12 Plaguebearers

996pts
========================
The Exalted Rewards are Grimoire and (if playing objectives) Portalglyph.

I'm thinking about switching one of the Tzeralds for a Nurald to stick with the Plaguebearers, but I just love my shooting!

So, I have two major threats: the DP and the Pink Death Star.
Regardless of psychic rolls, the Prince is a beast. I've tried a Nurgle Prince (for the better cover), but giving up sweeping advance isn't a good trade, I think. You might consider a Slaaneshi Prince, with the Lash; but I like re-rolling my 1's! (And Ld10 for psychic is measurably better than Ld9.)
The Prince is Hard to Hit (because swooping), and the Horrors are nigh-unkillable because of the Grimoire and Forewarning.

I think your units would benefit from some buffs in the form of Heralds. Take Karanak for the hounds (or at least a Kherald on Juggernaut, with a Locus of choice). Take a mounted Slerald with Locus of Grace for the Seekers (trust me, you'll appreciate Move thru Cover more than you appreciate re-rolling hits).
You've got the Portalglyph to make more troops; two with the potential for more is pretty good at 1000pts. Drop a Daemonette unit and buy a Herald!
