The theme is foot slogging because 6th edition seems to favour that. Big Mek roles with a squad of Boyz, Warphead goes with another one. Warboss with the bikerz. All boyz are Choppa boyz but that can change. I would really appreciate any feedback/criticism/compliments/advice. Thanks!

I'd say change the choppas to shootas. It's much easier to hold objectives then(potentially 54 shoota and 9 big shoota shots when you overwatch). You can also decimate enemy units before charging them. Plus, when you charge with 30 boyz, it doesn't make too much of a difference whether you have 90 or 120 attacks. And then you've still got your PK  . If you want to keep the choppas I'd say get rid of the big shootas. You want those choppa boyz to run, not to shoot. If you take shootas however, keep the big shootas. I'm not too sure about the 4 PK for the bikers. It's a lot of points and I don't think you will need all of them. However this depends on the role you give them. I would expect that you want your boyz to deal with infantry and your bikers with vehicles. Since you will always charge vehicles, you get 4 attacks per model. I don't think you need 16 str. 9 attacks to kill normal vehicles. Oh, and I forgot that your Boss also gets 5 Attacks. Maybe drop 1 or even 2 of them. So with one of your HQs (see post before mine), one or two PKs and potentially the big shootas gone, you could maybe get some big gunz for fire support. I'd suggest kannons because they are just super cheap for what they do (they are pretty much T7 W2 Sv3+ missile launchers). Try to take an aegis defence line for them so they get cover. Anyway, I like the idea of 130 Orks charging across the battlefield! Good luck painting all of them.

I like it
Im currently building up my Boys count(75 or so now) and plan to run 5x 30 shootas with 3 BS each.
I never have good luck with my Nob biker lists though..I run a Biker Boss and 5 bikers...I like to go with 2 claws(one on boss) 2 BC and 2 slugga/choppas.. WB and all that stuff.But what usually happens is they get focused down either before they hit home or after they do their first unit.
The massed boys never disappoint I would deffinatly use shootas though,unless you want to run Grotsnik with a group,then go Ard with them and make em sluggas with no BS or RL as they cant stop to shoot and having some 4+ boys with FNP or even 5+ invuln ( if ya cybork) will certainly draw a full turn of shooting at minimum then wreck face once in CC.
Yes for sure on the Big guns cannons,I love mine.You can also place them behind an aegis with QG and have one of crew man the QG for that nice BS.
Also may want to consider some lootas for MCs/transport issues.Or maybe even a Dakka jet or two but that usually just plays into an all comers list Anti air abilities.
Anyhow footslogggin to me is looking real good now.Its rather nice to see players sporting all comers lists and having to shoot expensive ass anti tank weapons at lowly paper armor 6 point boys just for one kill just because theres nothing else to target.
And I don't always head straight into melee with a mob..sitting back 17-18" and wailing on firewarriors with 40+ shoota shots can be quite satisfying!

Only 2 Hq's.....I new that. Haha thinking ill go with the shoota boyz and drop the warphead (unless you guys think drop the mek im not sure) from the list, as well as a power klaw maybe 2. Im not a fan of big gunz they never work for me, maybe lootas or dakka jets (dakka jets would be nice for something that can be used as anti air)

Drop the warphead. With your footslogging list, the 5+ cover from KFF will be invaluable. The warphead.... meh. He MIGHT get a useful spell or 2 but there are no guarantees. Lootas are excellent in any Ork list and if you have the extra points I would definitely suggest taking them. The kannons are great too, but at the end of the day, if you don't like them and they don't work for you then leave them home. With your list though I would never take an aegis.

Lootas would be good, as mentioned by Lord Arturius. And I agree with the consensus of dropping the warphead.
I play CSM, but one of the guys I play against regularly is an Ork Boy. He's been running big blobs of choppa boyz WITH big shootas, and then complaining that he can never get his boyz into CC. He's usually just on the scary end of a long charge, and it takes him too many turns to get there. IMHO the difference between a shooting phase used to Run a CC unit, and a shooting phase used to shoot with 10% of the models in a CC unit, is that the rest of the unit of choppa boyz is rendered impotent if you stand and shoot.
They're supposed to be in CC.
Get them there.

Need Distractions ..The Big Bad Biker Nob Group is a distraction but if its the only one then it gets blasted out of existance before it can engage...I have found a few groups of lootas, a slightly smaller death star, some big gunz, deffkoptas, and buggies also make good distractions ...only time I take warheads is if I am running three Dakkjets...( and since Dakkjets die when sneezed at I haven't been running them..AV-10 pops to most trooper fire and nearly all heavy fire)

~Shoota Boyz over Slugga Boyz in any footslog list
~Priority isn't just Boyz before Toyz, rather, there are several fantastically cost effective units that you should always take if you have the slots;
~~Put a unit of 5+ Lootas in every empty Elite Slot
~~Put a unit of Big Gun Kannons or Lobbas in every empty Heavy slot
~~If forgeworld is permitted, take one or two Grot Bomm Launchas in every empty Fast slot (hit me up if you need help with their rules)

Would you say I should sacrific a suqad of boyz if it gets me the big gunz? Or just stick with the lootas as some fire support
