Hi all, I'm new to Chaos and considering the below list, can anyone see anything obviously problematic?

defilers cant take missle launchers, gift of mutation is naff and only taken if you have points to blow which you dont, give brute somthing nicer like a plasma cannon, multi melta is a big no IMO as hellbrutes dont pull anti tank duty well, most targets for him will sink him in 1 round of shooting and the MM requires you to get close and he aint too mobile. pound infantry with plasma cannon and pawnch then if they get close defiler with tl lc costs 200 pts and can sink a few tanks but keep him out of sight as he has crappy armor and will probably blow up your lord has no invunrable save, given his pricy wargear you should get him one, im guessing he rides with the zerkers in the rhino so pimp the rhino , add dirge casters and destroyer blades, once the rhino gets there you cn unload its cargo and then next turn tank shock the suckers bunching them together to maximise your lords flamer hits and to hurt them with the blades, also the caster will stop overwatch fire i have no problem with the troops choices their all decent but sit back and shoot is not a good plan with chaos, we rip and tear in cc and shoot at things that are better than us at riping and tearing

Ooops, its a havoc launcher on the defiler, not missile launcher, which isnt worth it, so that gives 5 points back. Isnt the TL LC +20, making it 215?
Agreed on the Helbrute, upgrade to plasma cannon can be had for 10 points, straight swap with losing the gift.
I was thinking about running the lord with something different to the berzerkers, as they're fearless already and cultists/marines would benefit more from him?
What would you drop to give points for an inv save on lord and dirge casters?

I would argue you don't have an effective Lord delivery system. Additionally, if you want to sit back and shoot why did you take a Khorne Lord and berzerkers? If you are gonna rip and tear, gear the list for it. More rip and tear units and equipment. Add the vehicle equipment as the otehrs have noted. You could pull a few cultists to pay for the bits, and leave the cultists in reserves during deployment to keep them from dying too early. I might drop them altogether and use the left overs for more CSM/rhino/equipment. The other squads would greatly benefit from the ability to not crap themselves and run off the board.
The only problem I can see with this list is the amount of pie plate you are throwing around. It will be nice for a turn or 2 until your guys get there, and then you run the risk of blowing them all up. If you stop firing the pie plates what good is the Vind good for? At least the defiler has other weapons to fire. I might take a Predator instead with some side sponsor lascannons. It won't evaporate whole squads, but it won't evaporate your squads if it misses.
