Plan is to rush with the Berzerkers and the Apostle, then the lord deepstrikes with terminators behind the opponent and assaults units... Cultists are my back field unit or meat shield if necessary! C & C welcomed

Berzerkers are not that great and building an army around them is very unreliable...
Regular marines with close combat weapons will be a better betand gives you about 100 points nmore to spend on cultists... or havocs <---

I just don't see you being able to do any damage to tanks. A little Mechdar could ruin your day.

I am getting some berzerkers but how would you recommend using them? If they get the charge they are quite unstoppable provided they wipe out the enemy...

I want some Havocs as I'm going for an Iron Legion/ World Eaters themed army...

Feasible how would I add more anti-tank?

Personally, I'd add Havocs, but a predator or even a vindicator would go a long way. With terminators deep striking in, I believe you'll get a reprieve from extreme shooting for on or two turns, but cover would help.

A vindicator would fit nicely within the list. would something to distract from the berzerkers help?

Yeah, I finf the longer range from predator lascannons is just more helpful.

Berserker's are one of the coolest units in the game, both fluff and gameplay wise. When it comes to points cost though they are arguably the WORST in the game, certainly the worst out of the updated codexs.

If you are bound and bent on assaulting with CSM just take marines /w CCW+Mark's of Khorne, much better. You can still use your Berserker models infact.

Drop the Dark Apostle, he doesn't do anything interesting. For sure slap the assaulting marines in naked Rhino's and flat out every turn.

I suggest using the extra points for havocs /w autocannons/heldrake/Oblits, even a forgefiend if you want to be unique. Anything to support your Marines with ranged firepower.

Armies need to be balanced, every game isn't purge/DOW. Shooting is king in 6th so you have to play by those rules.

Veterans of the long war is silly, berserkers are already fearless and space marines are only 1 army. Think about your upgrades, every point counts. I get a boner when I assault people with berserkers too but the veins in my d*ck don't get that kind of bloodflow when Gun Drones deepstrike behind my rhino and blow it and everything into it up in 1 turn and then jetpack out of los.

: )

hey what time is it?

Hatred: Space marines also include space wolves, dark angel, blood angel, black templar, grey knights.

However, VotLW on any cult troops are a waste.

What i think you should try if you want to use Berzerkers is to use Huron to infiltrate 1-3 units at the start of the game (depending on the dice gods).
If you want to use terminators to deepstrike i usually find it very worth the points to atleast give them combi-meltas. That way they can brew something right when they land hopefully!
Kitting out the DA with Black mace or something similar, and put him in a pile of cultist bodies is something i want to try. I would give the cultists flamers instead of stubbers for overwatch!
