Subject: Any good mounted knights?

Hi to all! Was just wondering if anyone can point me to a good miniature of a mounted human knight or paladin? Pristine or 'holy' in appearance. Preferably resin or plastic. I plan to use it as a central figure for an army (if ever I get around to building a functional one lol). I had my sights on that Galadon mini from Valiant Ent.
(here: http://www.veltd.net/zencart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=12&products_id=1526)
Sadly I learned that it's a bit off scale from the 28-30mm that PP uses, which is a shame. I really, really, REALLY wanted to use that horse for my Intercessor Kreoss :(
Any help given would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Have you tried looking at Perry Miniatures? They have a mounted knights range of plastics. Sadly they only come in 12 units in one box each, but it's pretty cheap compared to GW stuff.

It's very easy to paint them as holy knights. Plus you get a ton of conversion opportunities. If you want to put crosses on them and you happen to live in the Philippines, you can get a nice set of small metal crosses in the St. Joseph stalls inside malls: they sell small ones originally used for making your own rosaries. Quiapo also sells wholesale some very small religious icons fit to be used for 28mm work. Especially if you're working on a historical piece.
Also how about GW Bretonnians?

Those are really good! But aren't they a bit small? Realistic 28mm if i remember correctly? I was hoping for something similar to Warmachine in size. So far, the plastic chaos knights seem to be the closes, though I'd need to convert'em like hell XD

The new Basilean Knights look really good imo, as does the rest of the Basilean army. Kit is about to hit retail so there's not many pics of it yet.

Basileans are prime candidate, hell yeah! Sadly the fireforge and warlord ones are too small. I can't use them alongside my Warmachine army T_T Automatically Appended Next Post: wait a minute... I recall getting some of Mantic's elves. Good God I hope the basileans are beefier than those willowy pansies :s
