So after a long time out of the game I have decided to come back. As of right now I am trying not to buy anything new until I get everything I have painted, which leaves me with very limited options.

The current 35 list I am running is as follows ( mind you this based on the models I have )

Sorscha

JACKS
Kodiak
Spriggan
Maurader

UNITS
IRON FANG PIKEMEN ( Unit Minimum)
Unit Attachment

Solos
Man-Hunters x2
Yuri

If I did the math right, as I have only really played one game at 35 points. This list comes up just a couple of points shy.


From my understanding Sorscha is an assassination war caster, which is why I have included the manhunters and Yuri. I try to base an army around what I currently have as to not have to try and proxy a ton of things and what not.

I guess my question is, how would you utilize this list ( or change it ) to be played to it's greatest potential.

if your asking how to play it.... well pSorcha dosnt have the focus to run 3 jacks as she has amazing spells she wants to cast each round. Also she is an IF caster so more infantry is better.

If this was my option I'd probably have the hunters, yuri and the kodiak trying to tie up a flank the IFP in the middle to jam with the spriggen, and the maurader to clear zones late game......

I would also drop all the jacks. Just run one of them, either the kodiak or the spriggan. If you replace the Spriggan, then you can fit in a max winterguard unit with the unit attachment and kovnik grigorivich. Then you can either add a rocket launcher to the squad or add the war dog for that last point.

sorscha and her ep version can really run 2 jacks efficiently, so i would drop the marauder Kodiak and replace them with beast 09 or keep the Kodiak and just have spriggan and that.

this way you can have iron-fang pike-men at max unit, and then grab iron fang Kodiak to buff the troops, also if you drop the man-hunter pack with Yuri you can put a jack such as the beserker on the iron-fang Kodiak so you have a cheap jack to bash faces in along with your 2 other jacks
