Does anyone know how long it takes Privateer Press to respond to a missing part ticket?
They didn't put the weapon arm for my Khador Warcaster in the starter kit.
Sidenote: Which Khador Warcaster is best for artillery? Jack heavy armies? and Infantry based armies?

I had some missing pauldrons and it took just about 3 weeks for me to get them, but that was at Christmas time. I've heard their non-holiday shipping times are much quicker.
Irusk is probably the best Infantry warcaster. Karchev for Jacks(still only 3ish warjacks though)
eIrusk is good with Artillery. FFE can make a Mortar quite deadly. eIrusk is also still very good with Infantry.

Are their certain restrictions to using epic war casters?

No, there are no specific model restrictions.
You can use a Colossal in a 15 point game if you can manage to squeeze it in.
Epic models used to have restrictions in Mk1, but no longer.
The only restrictions are regarding newly released models, there is usually a waiting period before that model is legal in tournaments.

It took eight days to get my Ol' Rowdy bits, and this was right before Lock and Load. eIrusk us good with Artillery I think eIrusk is better for ranged infantry whilst pIrusk is amazing with melee infantry. Karchev or Butcher would be best for a Jack heavy list.

Ya it was about a week and a half the two times I've been missing things (a leg for my squire and one of phaley's cards). I appreciate how easy it is to request replacement parts from PP, they're great at customer service.

With Gencon next week, it may take longer to get your replacement parts, but PP is generally very good about filling missing parts requests. Just be aware that at certain times of the year they may be a bit slower.
