I was perusing the Barracuda entry in the IA V3 book and have a question like the topic says.

The Barracuda (flyer) has the Special Rule "Agile", which says a unit with this special rule increases any cover saves granted by the Jink special rule by +1. But, flyers are not granted the USR Jink by default. So, am I missing something somewhere where flyers can have Jink saves? Was there something in Death From The Skies that changed this?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
