I have an unbuilt Inquisitor Scale (54mm) Genestealer, bare metal.

It IS missing the 2 upper claws, though, so it is not complete, but you SHOULD be able to use large critter parts to make something useful out of it..

I had gotten it to use as a 40k Nid Hive Tyrant for my Genestealer themed nids, but, never got around to doing that.. and want a plastic model for that anyhow..

I know what these tend to go for on Ebay and do not expect to get that much out of it.. (I think I saw $60 on one)..
