Hey, a bunch of my friend play marines and I have always liked Space Wolves, so I'm looking to use some of my friends extra space marines stuff and make a competitive army. Not sure what type of Land Raiders to take with this list, and also how it would fair against flyers. Thanks for any CC.

This list is sweet in my opinion, inspired by Reecius's latest list. Lysander goes with wolfguard in either pod or land raider, depending on the opponents army. They shoot one round killing something, he can then soak wounds, and wolfguard are not bad in cc, 3 attacks each. Rune priest with greyhunters to jaws something, and the Iron clad to cause chaos. Then you have land raiders to shoot and protect late game objective holders. CC please!

No drop pods for the Wolves? Or did you just not wrote it down? If you are sloggin' it, you're going to have a bad time.

There are three pods in the list in total, and the two squads of 5 go in the land raiders, it was all in original post.

Even though you are battle brothers, they cannot embark allied transports, so your plan for Lysander is not legal :\

Why not go for 2000 points and remove the allies completely, use bjorn and logan? Spacewolves are allowed up to 4 hqs.
