I have piles of old kabalites laying around and I've decided to throw some splinter fire down field. This is a list I've come up with. It's pretty standard compared to other lists I've seen. Please let me know if there's anything I'm missing.

Duke Sliscus
Warrior x 9 with blaster
Raider with flickerfield, splinter racks

Warrior x 5 with blaster
Venom with two splinter cannons

Warrior x 5 with blaster
Venom with two splinter cannons

Kabalite trueborn with 4 blasters
Venom with two splinter cannons

Ravager with flickerfield

Your duke squad should drop the blaster as they are all about that sweet 3+ splinter fire. For 1k, you are probably okay on AT duty. You can use the points you save to get night shields on that raider to help kite return fire and keep rapid fire guns out of double tap range.

Consider taking wytches with haywires over kabbies with blasters if you have any. The duke gives you a second drug roll and you can choose which one you want, which is great for an otherwise narrow unit.

Ravager could also use night shields if you have points.

The cost of a minimum warrior squad with a blaster is the same as a minimum squad of wyches with haywire grenades so that's an easy enough switch.

Dropping the Sliscus squad blaster would give me enough points for the raider night shield. I'm not sure where I could squeeze the points for the ravager night shield. Should I switch the flicker field for the night shield and try to keep up the 5+ cover save for moving?

Yeah, generally you don't need flickerfields except on raiders getting in close, nightshileds are far more useful.
