I played a similar version of this list yesterday vs a mech BA list. The list I played really lacked in anti vehicle weapons, and I lost. Hopefully this new list has enough forward punch, as well as enough punch at the back to take on a typical marine list.

Aegis Defense Line + Quad Gun
Lord Commissar, pfist
4 Ratlings (to run the quad gun)
Veterans, 3x Plasma, Missile Launcher, Chimera (ML, HB, HS, HKM)
Veterans, 3x Plasma, Missile Launcher, Chimera (ML, HB, HS, HKM)
Manticore
Colosuss

Canoness (Cloak, Jump Pack, Mantle, Eviscerator, Inferno Pistol)
9 Battle Sisters with Veteran Superior (Power Sword, Plasma Pistol), 2x Melta, Rhino
5 Serphim with Veteran Superior (Power Sword, Plasma Pistol), 6x Melta Bomb

So, the IG pretty much castle up at the back, the ratlings man the quad gun inside an Aegis fort. The Lord Commissar is joined to one of the vet squads and keeps them in check. The Rhino drives up, the Sera's push up, and the Canoness pushes up. They occupy the mid-field, and are backed up by the veterans who can push up safely behind them, while still covering the artillery. Around mid game, if things are going well the veterans and sisters can continue to advance. If things aren't going well, they can draw back and cover the artillery.

After playing the 6x Seraphim last night, I don't like them as much in practice as I do on paper. I'm thinking I should drop them and double up on the Sisters Squad (2x what i have listed, each with a rhino, etc). The rhinos gets them to mid field where they can take cover and stall incoming threats while the artillery fires away. The Seraphim can't hold down an area, they're too fragile.
