Did Ghazghkull not use his Waagh! ability to get a 2+ invulnerable save? In order to fail three invulnerable saves the only way I can see that happening is by not using his Waagh!
would have loved to see more of those phoenix lords Jain Zar and Assurmen should be pretty fun, did you guys use warlord traits? as those eldar ones can be fun...

In normal HQ deathmatches. You cant use the deepstrike rule for thus reason.

Skarry is not the best cc deamon there is tbh, anything that can cast Iron Arm and has a decent save can beat him.
Take a great uncleaon with lvl3 and 2 greater gifts, last battle I saw one in action it had:
Iron Arm, enfeeble, something and then reroll invuls and fnp 4+ it would have a good chance to gut about anything.
