Was thinking about Traitor Guard to ally with my Night Lords, and was thinking why not make it a Nostraman regiment.

My idea was following: Nostramo, seeing rise in crime after departure of Curze, probably founded a multitude of Penal Regiments. During and after the Heresy, these regiments were sought by the remnants of the NL legion, as they were easy to convince to join the NL agenda and useful as cannon fodder. During the years with the warbands, the Traitor Guard were allowed not only to survive, but even to loot and pillage whatever the Night Lords didn't care for - such as women for slaves and willing men to keep up their ranks. Hence, the regiments survive still, serving one warband or another.

No idea what to use for the troops, though. Any ideas?

In the many years since the heresy and Nostramos destruction you'd likely find that even what was once a Nostraman regiment is likely just roving pirates, marauders and legionnaires of various other little empires. Its been 10K years since the world got bombed into oblivion so its populace in regiments would only likely remember it in myths.
