The poses Tau Firewarriors have seem really repetitive and boring to me, the majority of them i see look very similar to each other. Has anyone got any suggestions (preferably with pictures) on how i can make them more interesting? Hopefully nothing too complex.

I'm afraide I don't have any pictures but I think in the codex there are a few poses made due to rocks being added to the base, if you have any spare pathfinder arms a quick gun swap could make some new poses

Honestly, a knife, green stuff, and a little imagination will do wonders for different poses, especially for those in armored suits. I haven't tried Tau, but was able to get lots of poses out of CSM and Cultists with minimal effort. Try to cut at the elbows and the shoulders, and you'll find it's pretty easy to reposition and re-attach them however you'd like.

War Kitten- Nothing evens the odds like a reaper chainsword to the naughty bits
Sgt. Vanden- And now I'm a whale with panties. Can't see how this day can get any better.

You could possibly but a set of Pathfinders and use some of the bits from that. Here's a few pictures of the sprues to help:
