Is there actually a model for Horus yet or are people just making their own???

And how do people have the rules for him if he doesn't have a model yet???

Horus doesn't have a model yet, though a few other primarchs do.

Rules for him can be found in Forgeworld Horus Heresy Book 1: Betrayal. He costs over 600 points and is insanely powerful

He'll probably be the last (or second to last if we get the Emperor) big character model Forgeworld makes for the Horus Heresy. After someone that important, everything else will seem pretty insignificant.

He's actually meant to be after Ferrus Manus (who is next to be released) and he only costs 500 points.. rules for him are in FW book HH: Betrayel as said before

Actually, he, and the other Traitor Primarchs are supposed to get more than one model and ruleset showing their changed forms under the power of Chaos. So we should see 2 Horus models, one from the start of the Heresy, and a second when he's pumped full of the powers of Chaos and ready to kill his father.

It's classic, but god damn would a new version excite the hell out of me.

I don't think all the traitor primarchs are going to get two models just the ones who changed significantly in appearance.

Just proxy Horus with a big baby model and be done with it...........
