Is 'Eavy Metal Calling?

Most of the list looks good, but there are a few things that leap out. Firstly, the devastators are too confused. With devs, you want them to focus on one thing, so if you can change them to all Anti-tank or all Anti nfantry. Assuming you just have the one box of devs, use 2 Missile launchers and 2 lascannons for a dedicated AT unit. You can also drop the power fist and plasma pistol from the devestator sgt, or put them on a Tactical sgt. Lascannons are expensive right now, but there is a new SM codex coming next month wich should make them considerably cheaper. The setup for the taticals is good keeps them nice and cheap. You should be combat-squadding these in every mission but kill points, to double the number of objective holders. The dread can work if used right, but be prepared for him to die fast if you are facing a lot of long-range firepower. As the only vehicle in the army, he will be a magnet for lascannons, meltas and railguns ect. If you have the parts, give him a lascannon so he can sit back and shoot. This should keep him safe a little longer. The captain is ok, but both librarians and chaplains bring more to the army (probbably a libby in this case). stick him with the terminators if you are walking them, if not, put him with a tac squad for a bit more defense. You also have 10 points left, so chuck melta-bombs on the tac Sgts or something. Hope that helps, and welcome to the Fists. Good Luck

The Marine Standing Behind Marneus Calgar

A simple swap would be to move the HB and MM from the dev squad to the tac squads. Also, swap the dev sarge for a tac one. All those points of CC gear are going to be wasted on a unit that's sitting back and shooting. These changes are just with the models you have listed, and should help focus things a bit. The Dev squad is still a little loose, but 2xML, 1xPC, and 1xLC should do fine against any targets.
If you have the bits I'd upgrade the flamer to a melta gun to pair with the MM in a tac squad.
For footslogging, I prefer shooty terminators.
I'm not going to tell a IF player not to take powerfists, but one of the captain's major selling point is his high initiative. Shame to waste that by taking the 'fist. One thing you could do is take a LC rather then the bolter. This way you can get hits in early, or fist punches later as needed. A bit pricy though.
Not a fan of MM dreads on foot. He wants to be in a drop pod, or have some weapons with range.
Overall your list is fairly well balanced. You don't have any AA fire, and no extra mobility. But it's hard to cover everything at this point level with marines.

I'd go big or go home with the dread, extra armor, either a melta or assault cannon, with or with out a missile launcher. a bit more pricy points wise but better results than a regular dread

Honestly im all about play it and see how it works if it aint workin switch things up a little. I do agree on one thing the rest are saying and that is take the dev sgt and hb and switch with a tac squad for the ml and sgt. It will work better.
