Pretty good, I would change the dire avengers in serpent to gaurdians, because once the serpent unloads them, there going to be in range, especially with battle focus. And the 1 point of amour difference isn't great, considering dire avengers and guardians all die very very easily. Also saves you 40+ points, points that could be used to make one of your sears into o laughing sear for example. And maybe enough to give thevypers all scatter lasers, and nose cannons.
A nice trade off in my opinion.

It is up to you. I usually don't want my troops getting out so I usually use 5 DA because they are cheaper than 10 man guardian squad but up to you. I think the wave serpents should have SL tL and underslung Shuri cannon, that is how I like to run them.
I like spears on my farseers and warlocks in case I want to try to shoot at vehicles since the Spear is S9 on the throw.
I like fire prisms, but you may want to consider a Wraithknight for a MC and more stamina and the D weapons.

Oh I didn't relise the equipment on your wave serpents.....
Pall, let me tell you something. Give em scatter lasers, or go home. And I assumed he was going to unload them, but if you arnt planning on it, just take 5 dire avengers.
