Thinking about expanding my Voatroyan allies (Commissar, 1 Veteran Squad, Vendetta, Manticore) into a full army but want to get a list together before I start buying.
And I still have 40pts

This looks like a solid list, no bad units in there. I would drop one Commissar for the PIS, unless you plan on running 2 blobs of 20, and the PCS chimera, as you want the platoon on defence behind the ADL, not joining the mechanised assault.
I'm pretty sure the Standard is not able to function from inside the chimera, so you could probably drop that. Ld is rarely an issue in a mech list, as well.
That nets you another 110 points, for a squad of meltacide stormtroopers for rapid AT, or anything else you want really.

I have the banner there with the CCS to help keep the Platoon blobs from running. And I'm pretty sure the banner can be in thechimera and affect ttroops non foot. Maybe not though. I will have to check.
And I was planning on running 2 blobs of 20 if needed so that is why the second IS with Commissar and Vox.
And as for the PCS, they were ganna go forward also if needed and leave the CCS to give orders. Or is that a bad idea?

No, the banner doesn't work in the Chimera. If you're not going to use the PCS for orders, consider loading them up with flamers and sticking them in the Vendetta. You're wasting the transport space otherwise.

Looks good, it might be a little underpowered against something like a footslogging marine army, but even then, I imagine the sheer volume of fire from the manticores would do the trick. Also how many commands are you going to be giving? It might not even be worth it for the Voxes if you have something that you'd want elsewhere. I believe if you did that you could upgrade your autocannon to las in your CCS.
