Not where I want to be.

Quick question, hopefully folks have seen this before and it's an easy fix.

I stripped some plastic minis with Dawn Power Dissolver the other day, and the stuff was amazing- harmless on the plastic, took the paint completely off, etc. Really impressed so far, except that there is now a hazy film, some kind of chalky residue left on the figures. I've scrubbed them, ran water over them whie scrubbing, used soap, etc etc and it just doesn't seem to come off. I can scrape it when it's dry, it seems, but that's not really an option.

Anyone know the best way to address this? It would make me think twice about using it for dishes since I wouldn't want to ingest whatever the stuff is.

I've had this happen with several kinds of solvents. It probably means that the plastic reacted just a little with the spray, and the chalky layer is actually the plastic.

I'm about to get some power dissolver myself. What's the procedure for stripping with it?
