Just wanted to start a Progress thread, mainly for a friend of mine to see.

This leman russ was poorly assembled by someone, and i rescued it from a bits bin death!
I want to make it into an Orky Russ so...here goes!

Will post pictures and updates as i turn this monstrosity into a hopefully great looking Ork russ.

Any feedback/advice will be appreciated! thank you all

Looks like Ripley was using it to fight Aliens in one of those movies.

So i managed to clean the model up quite a bit, got a good 60% of that crap scraped off, think im going to make welding marks on like the ladder on the back of the russ, i think it doesnt look too bad as it stands.

the rest of the model i was able to make look fairly decent, and get some of the detail back. The underside im not TOO worry about, i will probably greenstuff the hole, or use it somehow, or just put some Orky piece of metal under the bottom to make it look like they tried to cover the hole.

Heres what it looks like so far.
