To be honest, this looks pretty good. Just bear in mind once the new codex is out, the LR's capacity will drop to 10, so the libby won't be able to ride with the termies.

Why take land raider when you can deepstrike the terminators?

Yeah you risk a deep-strike mishap, but you could swap the LR with another squad of Terminators to minimize the risk and save 50 pt. Or you could always bring more troops.

You can also put your librarian in the back of the terminators, all incoming fire hits the closest model so giving him a SS might not be worth the points.

Idea: You can give your Librarian GoI for extra mobility, making the LR even more less worth the points.
