Ok, first thing is lose Uriah and the conclave. They are a gamble that pays off very rarely (1 in 20 games). Instead think about a small squad of retributors with HB, 5-7 seraphim dont fall for the fancy pistol point sinks and an AEGIS DEFENSE LINE with QUAD gun. Leftover points bulk out the rets and seraphim, get multimeltas in your basic squads and maybe ,just maybe dozer blades and searchlights.
