So im working on a DA army for my first army.
And i saw that one of the chapters, Angels of Absolution, has a bone/white color scheme.

Now does this mean i can take my tactical squad and paint it in this scheme or is this a subgroup consisting of specific units (like only terminators etc).

Angels of Absolution are a successor chapter of the Dark Angels, meaning they retain the organization of their parent chapter (and hence, the same rules in the game) but have a unique color scheme.

So to answer your question: yes, all of the units in that chapter follow the chapter color scheme.
