There is actually very little crossover.
There's Alten Ashley. He could fill a sniper role for either faction. Circle doesn't have anything quite like him. Khador has the Widowmaker Marksman which buffs other Widowmakers and has Sniper whereas Ashley does extra damage to warbeasts.
Saxon Orrick has one good trick: giving Pathfinder to friendly units. Khador can certainly use that. But Circle has Pathfinder growing out their ears.
The Gobber Tinker is unnecessary for both factions. Khador's mechaniks are amongst the best in the game. And for Circle, the only model the Tinker can repair is the Celestial Fulcrum and you could use Shifting Stones for that. Also, it's pricy for a 1 pt model.
Gudrun the Wanderer is pretty decent. He competes with Yuri the Axe in Khador and the Tharn Ravager White Mane in Circle, but if you're looking for an anti-infantry melee solo, he can fit that bill for both factions.
Rorsh & Brine could be useful in Khador to have a heavy hitter that requires no warcaster resources. But for Circle, or any Hordes faction for that matter, the lesser warlocks compete with in-faction warbeasts that fuel the warlock, can be transferred to, and increase the warlock's repertoire of animi. You'll find that the lesser warlocks show up much more often in Warmachine factions than Hordes factions and for good reason.
And then there's the Nyss Hunters. And that's it, by my count.
