What do you thin about this list?
I am trying to use only Daemons of Khorne.
750
HQ (300)
- Bloodthirster w/ Greater Rewards, Exalted Rewards
Troops (210)
- 10x Bloodletters w/ Bloodreaper
- 10x Bloodletters w/ Bloodreaper
Fast Attack (240)
- 15x Flesh Hounds
I will be playing with two of my friends, they play Imperial Guard and Orks.
Two of us will team up with 750 point armies against the other with a 1500 point army.
What could be improved.

Hard to say. As long as you don't expect your 2 squads of bloodletters to do anything, I'd say it's good. Units of 10 are questionable and unless they are objective sitting I don't see them lasting very long.
Also, personally, I like to go with 2 greater rewards on the thirster. Better chance of rolling the FNP or corpulence which will really increase his longevity.

While a Bloodthirster at those points levels will be hilarious, I'd nearly say stick two Juggernaut Heralds of Khrone instead of the BT.
Kit them out with an Axe of Khorne, Exalted Loci of Wrath and Loci of Fury and put them with the Fleshhounds. Rage and Hatred and two characters armed with AP2 strike at initiative weapons would improve the Fleshounds.
Plus put them up front and use them to tank a few S8 hits as at T5 they won't suffer from Instant Death.

By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!

What could I replace the blood letters with to improve the list? I feel they are not going to do anything.
Possibly Plague Bearers of Horrors?

Basically yes, but if you are hard pressed to run a theme'd list I understand. Fortunately you have a teammate which can perhaps make up for their lack of effectiveness. If you're not gonna objective sit with them you might as well deep strike them into the opponent to take some heat off your teammate.

I agree the blood letters deep striking will throw the opponent off because he will have to worry about taking those units out or them charging him on the next turn with their AP 3 swords i believe? anyway the blood letters would do good deep striking if you dont mind loosing them

That being said, you don't want to be too eager to throw away your only troops where 5/6 games are objectives.
