As I made a topic in General Discussion regarding the FW Greater Daemons, I intend to purchase 3 of the 4; having had the GUO before, I know he fits just right on the Flying/Oval Base. As I've never seen the others in person, would anyone be able to confirm for me if the Bloodthirster and Lord of Change will fit on there as well? Even if it's a tight fit? From what I can tell, you'd likely have to put them 'sideways', as facing them the thinner direction wouldn't be a chance of fitting on.

Or, would I be better to find another size base, and if so, would anyone kindly refer me to some via links, etc.

That being said, the reason I'm trying to get them to fit on an Oval Base if possible is because I intend to use them as regular Greater Daemons for my Daemon Army; the current ones are just a LITTLE too dated for my tastes, even though I DO like the GUO model. Still, it's much more satisfying to use the FW GUO and plop him down on the tabletop during a game, lol. Already getting a general consensus that there is nothing wrong about using the 'alternative' model, I intend to use them likely until the current ones are renewed in plastic; even then, depends on how good they look.

They're so much more better, and I have an affinity for large models; if GW has the Wraithknight, then I don't see the problem of using FW Greater Daemons in regular games.

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't expect anyone to complain about the forgeworld deamons. I don't know about Fantasy, but I think the 40k Deamon Codex includes a bunch of named greater deamons for which Forgeworld offers models.
If you want to use a model for which there are no rules in the Codex, you can still use it with the rules of another unit that is in the Codex.

I cannot quote base sizes for you, but like you I'd expect the models to come with the monster base. AFAIK that's the only size beyond the 60mm base.
