Trying to find the paints used from games workshop for Commander Farsight? I have seen they are available on an ipad which I do not own. Does anyone own a copy of how to paint tau empire and willing to pm me with paints used.
Thanks

I think the original Farsight model was painted with Scab Red. Its red but more of a wine color so its better pigment than true red (less coats). Its a weird color in that the primer color drastically effects the end result. prime white if you want a brighter red. on the old box for the xv25 stealth suits they paint scab red over a black base and it goes more purplish.

Sadly scab red is no longer made, but the new GW equivalent is Khorne Red and its a touch brighter. But looking at the new Farsight model it seems lighter than the previous version so this may be a good spot to start.
