I think Guardians are fine, but if you want a Spiritseer, why not take all Wraithguard troops? Otherwise, I think the list looks solid

I would drop gaurdians to 5 man dire avengers and make wraith gaurd have d scythes, as those just hurt like nothing else.

When the codex first came out i was definitely a proponent of 5 man dire avenger squads, but as I play tested more I found that for the extra 35pts it was more valuable to have the larger guardian squads. 5 man dire avengers usually can't hold an objective more than a turn when they come out of their shell.
