-You'll use the same list throughout the event.
-Army lists will need submitting ahead of the event. Can you please make sure that each list has the player's name, army type and what book/PDF it is from. Makes life easier for the checkers.
- List will be restricted to only 2 platoons of artillery with a total of 12 guns maximum across the whole forces.
- If you take Navel Gun Fire you can't take any other artillery in force army list.
- Artillery is classed as team with an Anti Tank value higher than 2 and/or and Firepower higher than 6+.
- Lists must be submitted by 16th February

Format
- Games will be split over two days with three missions on Saturday and two on Sunday
- The first game will be axis vs allies (where possible), the rest of the games will be prue Swiss system. All games have a 3 hour duration.
- The first game draw will aim to pair up players with opponents from different clubs, there after opponents will be selected using a swiss system.
- The Missions will be announced after all the lists have been sent in and will be randomly selected, but we will aim for a good mix of Fair Fights, Mobile Battles and Defensive Battles.

Scoring and Prizes

- There will also be 'player choice' awards for "Best Opponent" and "Best Presented Army".

- Gaming scoring will be the Corrivalry system.

Schedule
0830 to 0900 - Registration
0900 to 0915 - Event Briefing
0915 to 1215 - Game 1
1215 to 1300 - Lunch
1300 to 1600 - Game 2
1615 to 1915 - Game 3
1915 - Day 1 close (Night out in the local pubs and a restaurant for anyone who's interested)

0915 to 1215 - Game 4
1215 to 1300 - Lunch
1300 to 1600 - Game 5
1600 to 1630 - Prize Giving
1630 - Tournament Close

Once time is called, players should complete their current turn so both players have an equal number of turns.
Any mission that does not reach turn 6 will be scored as a fair fight draw, no matter the victory conditions. If a player is noted as consistently failing to achieve six turns then we may look to award their opponents retrospective victories.

Terrain
I'm aiming for a mix of table types, there will be 2 bocage boards, 1 or 2 winter boards (for Robin to spend the whole weekend playing on!) and a mix of other boards with some being dense and others being more open. I'm hoping to have a really big mix.
I'd also like to ask for a little help on the terrain front. The Bournemouth Bunch are providing quite a few tables, but we will need a few more if possible.
