Several problems I see.
Your henchmen will be out in the open and will get shot up, unless they razorbacks are for them. If this is the case, keep them cheap because you are paying for the ride. Chimeras work well too.
Terminators/Paladins do not need the banner if they have 5-man.
The DK should never have the hammer. It will already be striking at strength 10 due to his fists, so you are basically paying for concussive.
Crowe and Purifiers seem out of place. What is your plan?
Land Raider or any vehicle should have extra armor. It just doesn't cut it this edition.
My suggestions:
-Cheaper henchmen (dont need the armor) and a chimera
-possibly a sword on the DK, but not necessary
-no extra armor
Best I can type on a tablet lol

The Razorbacks are for the henchmen, and I am planning for them to basically ride in, capture points and try to hold them or weaken the enemy with their plasmas (the other 2 in the unit are to soak fire) so they need the armor to survive a little longer.
May I ask why the Terminators and Paladins don't need the banner? I figured it would be easier for them to pass their tests to activate their weapons. I may be wrong since I'm new though haha.
My plan for the Purifiers is to place them and Crowe in the Land Raider and haul them into enemy lines to engulf them in flames. No real strategy there I will admit.
I may go with the sword for the DK, and of course my army's weapons may change here and there. I wanted to go for a whole "Hammer-theme" but again, it may change.

Point for point, the banner just isn't worth taking if it's not a full unit.
Also Crowe cannot join any unit. So he or the purifiers will have to be in the Land Raider.
The Sword for the DK is 110% better than the hammer. You will still be striking at strength 10 and re-rolls with the sword.

So the banner would work better with a 10 man unit? Okay, I'll have to make note of that.
So I guess Crowe will be hoofin' it for awhile since the Land Raider is for my Purifiers.

The list seems a little all over the place to me. I'm my experience gk should be played with either Coteaz, Draigo or Crowe. And then using the troops they unlock. I like coteaz a lot and would go with warriors with SB's in a couple razorbacks. Maybe some assassins in the land raider. Take a squad of purifiers with psycannons so coteaz can use his IBEU rule. Use the DK with a sword, flamer, cannon.

For Crowe and Draigo, yes, they are expensive because of the troops they make scoring.
For Coteaz, even without henchmen he is worth it (lvl 2 psyker, lots of special rules and 2+ save for 100pts, yes please).
You can also make a list with a classic GM or Inquisitor, but the inquisitor will likely be not as point attractive as Coteaz while the GM is usefull if you need his special ability to make new scoring units (but he gets expensive quickly)
