jw as to why bring orks with crons? but i guess so. maybe melt off the warboss for a mek w/KFF anybody including enemy's get the 5+ cover inside the 6inch area.
also maybe kill the big shootas on the boomgun its gonna blow up anyway +1 already plus the random melt/lasscannons people bring these days.
boomguns are meh. iv tried them to low of arm to protect ur biggun. you gotta hope to go first.

I reckon you'd be better off running a Battlewagon or Biker detachment with the Orks.

You can fit three battlewagons into the allied force org. Thats some cheap AV 14 and pretty scary in CC
